Anima is an AI-powered secretary service that provides schedule management, morning/evening briefings, reminders, and conversational assistance through text and voice interfaces.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI responses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology underlying the Service are owned by Anima. You retain ownership of your own data and content submitted to the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
